Return Policy
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). DuvetCovers reserve the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS: A return authorization number is required, and must be requested within 5 days of receipt date. All shipping costs for merchandise authorized by us is to be returned at the customer's expense. All items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging along with all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Please provide a reason for the return. Modified, damaged, or abused products will not be accepted as credit items.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS: A return authorization number is required, and must be requested within 5 days of receipt date. There will not be restocking fee for exchanges. All items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. Please indicate the nature of the defect.

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES: Please inspect items immediately before signing for delivery. Damages and shortages must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges.
Please Note: Return tracking numbers must be emailed to us, along with the date sent and the shipping service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) used to return the item. Kindly allow 15 business days for the credit to be received. We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout.
